As a very small business owner/operator, it is my policy that all purchases are final, and I do not offer refunds. I wish it were not the case, but this is currently a necessity. I operate on slim margins & can only accommodate a small number of children in each class, lest the whole thing go to hell in a handbag😈😆👜

If you have booked a place but do not attend, that is a place which could have been offered to others. This might make me cry & have to eat chocolate ice cream I cannot afford😰
